Sound familiar?

The thoughts high performers never say out loud.

“I know what to do. So why don’t I do it?”

“Everyone thinks I’m successful. If they knew how much I doubt myself…”

“Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?”

“I’m tired of starting over. I’m tired of proving myself.”

From the outside, you look like you’ve got it handled. On the inside, you:

  • Hesitate before asking for the bigger opportunity.
  • Undercharge, or drop your price before anyone pushes back.
  • Replay conversations long after they’re over.
  • Sabotage the momentum right when things start working.

You don’t have a sales problem. You have a hidden one.

Why more training hasn’t fixed it

Most sales training works on the wrong layer.

What they teach

  • Scripts
  • Objection handling
  • Closing techniques
  • Funnels and processes

What actually decides the deal

  • The belief you carry into the room
  • The identity you’re selling from
  • The fear that makes you pull back
  • The pattern you repeat without seeing it

I coach the person before I coach the performance. Sales doesn’t create confidence. Confidence creates sales.

The day · The Hidden Advantage Method, live

Uncover. Align. Perform.

Three sessions, in the order real change happens: see it, choose it, use it.

01

Uncover · The Mirror

Expose the invisible

  • Find the hidden belief quietly running your sales conversations
  • The Hesitation Gap: why you know what to say, then stop
  • Fear of rejection, and the one nobody admits: fear of success

02

Align · The Shift

Rewrite the identity that caps your income

  • Your DISC style and what it does to you under pressure
  • Ask for your value without flinching or over-explaining
  • Move without permission: act before you feel ready

03

Perform · The Standard

Take it into the room

  • The Three Doors: earn real trust in the first five minutes
  • Hold your frame when a prospect pushes back
  • Bridge from connection to the close, and protect your price

Closing session: live hot seat

Bring a deal or a pattern that’s stuck. I’ll coach attendees through theirs in front of the room.

The shift

Who walks in. Who walks out.

Before

  • Talented, but inconsistent
  • Confident only when things are going well
  • Driven by fear, pressure, or other people’s approval
  • Knows what to do, struggles to do it

After

  • Clear on the pattern that’s been costing you
  • Confident regardless of the circumstances
  • Asks for the deal, and the price, without flinching
  • Leaves with a plan for the next 90 days

Who is Kiva

I learned to read people before I learned to be myself.

Growing up, I always felt a little out of place. So I studied people. I mirrored them so they’d like me. That became my edge in sales: pattern recognition and likability. It also meant I spent years burying who I actually was.

As an account manager at Verizon, I worked mall kiosks side by side with client teams, selling in front of them so they could see it done. I still live by it: I’ll never tell somebody to do something I haven’t done myself.

Today I work with 7- and 8-figure business owners and their teams, from a bartender breaking into tech sales to a car salesman reaching six figures. This event is the heart of my upcoming book.

I’m Kiva, the sales guy.

  • You’re willing to look in the mirror.

This is not for you if

  • You want a script to pressure people into buying.
  • You came for hype instead of a real shift.

Questions

Before you commit

I’m already successful. Is this really for me?

It’s built for you. Most people in the room will already be good at what they do. The question is why their results don’t match what they know they’re capable of.

I’ve done personality tests before. Is this another one?

No. We use DISC as one tool, but this is about performance, not labels. You’ll leave knowing the pattern behind your results and what to change first.

I’ve already invested in coaching and courses.

Good. Then you’ll notice the difference. Most training solves the problem you bring in. This day is about the one you didn’t know you had.

Will this feel pushy or manipulative?

The opposite. Everything here works only when it’s genuine. Nobody feels sold. They feel understood.

Is it in person or online?

In person in Houston. The venue is being confirmed and goes out to the waitlist first.

Will there be a replay?

The hot seat and VIP access are live only. Any replay for ticket holders will be confirmed with the date.

Ten years from now, don’t wonder who you could have been.

One day to find what’s been holding you back, and start operating at the level you know you’re capable of.
