Who is responsible
This site is operated by Kiva Geiger (“Kiva”, “I”, “me”). For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to k@kivathesalesguy.com.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form, and only when you submit it:
- Your name and email address — required, so I can reach you about the thing you signed up for.
- Your phone number — optional, and used only for a reminder about an event you asked to attend.
- What you sell, and which ticket you want — so the session is pitched at the right room.
- The date and time you submitted, and your IP address — kept briefly to stop automated abuse of the form.
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies and no social media pixels on this site. Nothing is loaded from another company’s servers to render these pages, so no third party learns that you visited.
Why, and on what basis
I use what you submit to deliver the masterclass, event or book updates you asked for, and to tell you about closely related training. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and every email I send carries an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Your details are stored on a private server and are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing. Two service providers process data on my behalf: the hosting provider that runs the server, and an email delivery provider that sends the messages. Nothing is shared beyond what those two need to do that job, except where I am required by law to disclose it.
How long it is kept
Signup details are kept until you ask me to delete them, or until three years after our last contact, whichever comes first. The IP address recorded with a submission is discarded after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to k@kivathesalesguy.com and I’ll action it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people already on a list will be sent by email.
